Come Holy Spirit!
Come, guest of the soul,
sweetest presence,
come, Spirit of creation´s dawn,
come, you who are calm in the fighting,
come, you are the fire of love.
Come, breeze in the hours of torment,
come, water that quenches my thrist,
come, touch that cures all of my wounds,
come, give me to drink of Your love.
Come, rest in the midst of our struggle,
come, you are the touch of the Lord,
come, fill us with grace overflowing,
come, sedating us with your love.
Come, light in my ocean of darkness,
come, strength in my weakness untold,
come, inflame my soul in your fire,
come, give me happiness and joy.
You, you who form prayer within my soul,
you, who teaches us to adore,
Please, may all I ask gratify you
Help me to call God my Papa.
You, who are the torrent of virtue,
You, who are the life giving God,
You, fountain that springs forth from my soul
outpouring your love in our lives.
You, you who dwells deepest within me,
you, who are the sanctifier,
come, burning my life in your fire,
so it is a glimmer of God.
