Comment these sentences of Benedict XVI:

“We exist to teach men about God.”
To be able to teach something we much first learn. To let others know about God we must let ourselves be loved.

“Only where God is seen does life truly begin.”

This is how it has been and continues to be for me, also when life seems to be denied.

“There is nothing more beautiful than having been reached, overtaken, by the Gospel, by Christ.”

The Gospel is the living Word!

“Do not be afraid of Christ! He does not take away anything and gives everything. The one who gives himself to Him will receive a hundredfold. Yes, open. Open wide the doors to Christ and you will find true life.”

When you have an experience of a deep friendship or a relationship of love, joy is tied to the level of belonging to the other person in truth and in freedom, which is not solitude but communion. Here giving oneself is not losing oneself in the other, but finding oneself.

What is your favorite sentence from the Gospel?

“ I am the Way, the Truth and the Life, He who believes in me, though he die, shall live.”
