I ask you to pray,

for all those who stay blind to God, who hear his word but remain afraid,

those who see the light in others, and stifle the shoots of faith in fear,

the Children of God adrift in anxiety, desire, and lust,

abandoning their shepherd for the lies which they defend as truth.

Let your heart embrace and love all who are innocent, yet wrong, learned, yet ignorant;

so that the world may become,

the Kingdom of the Lord.
