On Saturday, November 11, the community of Servant Sisters who are in Valencia went to Nules, a town where we collaborate with the parish priest in teaching CCD, to have a girls’ retreat.
At 11:00am we welcomed the first girls in front of a church in the town called the “Convent.” There we played some games with the girls to get to know each other.
When everyone had finally arrived, we went to the chapel to start the day off with a time of prayer in front of the Tabernacle. Later, we had a cooking activity followed by crafts. We went outside to eat lunch because it was a nice day out. When we finished, we prepared a skit on the life of Antonietta Meo, Nenolina. When we were ready, we performed the skit for the girls’ parents, who had arrived in the meantime.
We then said goodbye to the girls and their families.
